Are you ready to reclaim the innate gifts of empowerment and joy that are yours as a spiritual being? If we breathe more fully, we live more fully. When you are breathing fully, using the whole respiratory system in a relaxed way, your cells become oxygenated. Breathing stimulates the release of endorphins and neuropeptides into the bloodstream which creates a feeling of lightness and peace. Laughter, the most obvious expression of joy, becomes abundant in our lives as we begin to free ourselves up and to express who we really are.The one day workshop will consist of two powerful Transformational Breathing® sessions, individual breathing analysis, personal coaching, and experiencing the “three levels” of Transformational Breath®.
Reclaim Your Breath

We begin by using our awareness to understand how we breathe and learn how to breathe more effectively. This allows us to gain more energy, better health, and more balance. The process for this is to fully use our diaphragm, breathe more often, and eliminate extraneous muscle activity, so that we can maximize the benefits of more oxygen and pranic energy in our bodies while also, bringing us more relaxation and flow.
The second aspect of our breathing journey is that while working with Transformational Breath's specific breathing pattern we use the high energy created by the breath to tap into and integrate negative patterns in the subconscious, such as past traumas, negative emotions, and limited beliefs.
This clearing of the subconscious brings about energetic openings that allows us to access higher levels of awareness ... We can then choose to bring them into our lives and begin to express some of the extraordinary aspects of our self. Transformational Breath can be used as an effective tool to support the actualization of what we want.

(*) Breathing Circle : Breathing Circle is a network of people who are committed to health and healing through conscious breathing practice. We achieve self-healing through inducing transformational energy states brought about by changing the breath pattern. Since breath awareness has affected positive change in our lives we meet once a month to celebrate the breath and introduce other people to this transformational tool. Breathing Circle groups are on the last Tuesday of the month, in every month. Everybody wants happiness. Happiness is just beyond the one breath.

Equipped with better knowledge of ourselves we can break through our limiting beliefs, transform our relationships, make better decisions, and find peace of mind even on the most difficult of days
The Guidelines are underpinned by four philosophical themes:
How we think – the way we use our mind determines the way we live
How we act – every skilful action makes a better world
How we relate – to take care of others is to take care of ourselves
How we find meaning – if everything is changing, anything is possible
The more deeply we explore these themes, the more profound our experience of the Guidelines will become. Many people are finding that they offer the key to developing resilience in the face of the challenges and stress of modern life.
