Along with His Holiness, approximately 80,000 Tibetans crossed over to India and settled in different parts of India, Nepal, Bhutan and different parts of the world as refugees

Dr. Judith KravitzIHe first experienced conscious breathing work in the mid-seventies with the breathing work called Rebirthing. This breathing exercise was aimed at resolving various traumas experienced by individuals during birth.
He was later inspired to combine conscious breathing work with the spiritual counseling work he was conducting. While doing breathing work with her clients, she gained insight on how to make this work more effective, powerful and permanent. Over time, the form, techniques, and intention of the breathing work she practiced have changed considerably, and Judith hasTransformational Breath®gave his name.
