HE 14th Dalai Lama, He was born as the 5th of 16 children to a farming family in Amdo province of Tibet. At the age of 2, he was considered the reincarnation of the 13th DalaiLama. On November 17, 1950, at the age of 15, he was appointed as Tibet's head of state and most important political administrator.

newly founded 1949 Chinese His Holiness, who had to assume the position of head of the national cabinet despite his young age, when his government began to invade Tibet, pursued a peaceful, non-violent policy towards the Chinese invaders for nine years, but the Chinese government increasingly violently attacked them. It has been cruel to the tens of thousands of defenseless Tibetans who resisted. As the Chinese began to besiege the holy city of Lhasa, His Holiness the Dalai Lama crossed the Himalayas to India on March 31, 1959, at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Nehru, to continue the peaceful struggle. There he established the governing body of Tibet under the name "Tibet-in-exile" and, together with the thousands of Tibetan refugees accompanying him, sought to preserve Tibetan culture and education.

Along with His Holiness, approximately 80,000 Tibetans crossed over to India and settled in different parts of India, Nepal, Bhutan and different parts of the world as refugees

His Holiness the Dalai Lama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize on December 10, 1989 for his peaceful policies and non-violent struggle for Tibet's freedom. It is believed to be an embodied expression of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's Bodhisattva of Infinite Compassion.

Judith Kravitz

Dr. Judith KravitzIHe first experienced conscious breathing work in the mid-seventies with the breathing work called Rebirthing. This breathing exercise was aimed at resolving various traumas experienced by individuals during birth.

He was later inspired to combine conscious breathing work with the spiritual counseling work he was conducting. While doing breathing work with her clients, she gained insight on how to make this work more effective, powerful and permanent. Over time, the form, techniques, and intention of the breathing work she practiced have changed considerably, and Judith hasTransformational Breath®gave his name.

TodayTransformational BreathIt is experienced and shared around the world as a powerful self-healing method. This technique is derived from the work of Leonard Orr and Dr. It has spread to a much wider audience than Stanislav Grof's Holotropic method. There is now a global success story in breathing work.

Based on her own metaphysical doctoral research, Judith has integrated many techniques and principles related to healing and spirituality, such as Kundalini Yoga, breath analysis, sound healing, body mapping, into Transformational Breath, which is the most healing breathing study and training system known today.
